Russian Scientist Accused Of Treason For Allegedly Sending Cryptocurrency To Ukrainian Forces

According to PANews, the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) has accused a Moscow-based scientist of treason for allegedly transferring cryptocurrency to the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The FSB claims that the scientist regularly sent personal funds and cryptocurrency to wallets controlled by the Ukrainian military. Additionally, the scientist is accused of participating in Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks on critical Russian infrastructure. The FSB also alleges that the scientist gathered information on the movements of Russian military personnel and equipment and has confessed to these actions. Since the onset of the Russia-Ukraine conflict, the FSB has prosecuted multiple individuals on similar charges for supporting Ukraine.
