Oliver Tonkin

Oliver Tonkin is the Co-founder & CEO of BCB Group, a leading digital asset prime brokerage. He is a highly motivated, astute, and entrepreneurial individual with extensive legal, finance, and commercial experience across multiple sectors. His key areas of expertise include all aspects of private equity, venture capital, corporate finance, M&A, and investment transactions (legal, commercial, and financial); formulating and implementing growth, turnaround, and restructuring plans; debt and equity fundraising activity; and working with small and medium-sized businesses to drive growth and improve profitability. He also co-founded Pemberton Capital, an investment boutique focused on turnaround, restructuring, and niche venture capital opportunities in the UK SME sector.
