Rayne Steinberg is the Co-Founder and CEO of Arca. He leads the overall direction of the company and is responsible for securities structuring and risk management. Prior to founding Arca, Rayne co-founded WisdomTree, where he spearheaded the sales and marketing efforts that raised $15 billion in ETF assets.
