TerpLayer is an asset adaptation protocol built on the Bitcoin network. It adapts crypto assets from the Bitcoin ecosystem to both the EVM and Bitcoin L2 ecosystems through Merlin Protocol, directly resolving liquidity and scalability issues associated with encrypted assets in the Bitcoin network. For example, users can adapt a BRC20 asset from the Bitcoin network to the Ethereum network and engage in DeFi operations.
