Web3Port Foundation and Movement Announce $10 Million Ecosystem Fund

According to Odaily, the Web3Port Foundation has announced a strategic partnership with Movement to launch a $10 million ecosystem fund. This fund aims to invest in native Movement DeFi, consumer, and gaming applications. The primary focus will be on use cases that are exclusive to the Movement network, such as custom high-throughput chains, innovative DeFi yield strategies, and full-chain computing. Through this collaboration, both parties aim to drive innovation and growth in several key areas. These include the establishment of the $10 million ecosystem fund, strengthening early-stage projects, ecosystem co-building, accelerator cooperation, providing capital and market support, and participating in influential events and offline activities. Movement is described as a community-first blockchain that offers high TPS, instant finality, native zero-day large-scale liquidity access, and modular customization through Move. It supports Aptos Move and MEVM, enabling EVM users to utilize L2.
