According to PANews, a16z Crypto has issued a warning on the X platform about scammers using domains that appear to belong to the company to invite individuals to participate in their podcast. The company emphasized that if you receive an invitation to join their podcast through a guest curator seemingly associated with them, a proposal based on research about your company, a scheduling tool similar to Calendly, or from employees who are not part of the podcast team, these are fraudulent messages. a16z Crypto clarified that they only invite guests directly or through mutual acquaintances. They advised recipients of such emails to be cautious about clicking on links and to avoid sharing information with unknown individuals.
