Reena Jashnani-Slusarz

Reena Jashnani-Slusarz is the former General Counsel at Paradigm. Prior to joining Paradigm, she was the head of legal and compliance at Elementum Advisors, LLC, an investment adviser focused on reinsurance. Before that, she served as the Deputy General Counsel and CCO at Mesirow Advanced Strategies, Inc., an investment adviser providing multi-manager portfolios for institutional investors. Reena started her career at Sidley Austin LLP in the Investment Funds group. She earned a B.A. from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from the University of Illinois.
