Shawn Xu

Shawn Xu is a seasoned early-stage investor, product launcher and growth hacker with experience scaling companies across Asia, Europe and Latin America. He is currently the Chief of Staff at Lowercarbon Capital, a multibillion dollar early stage venture fund exclusively focused on climate tech. He has also served as a Partner at On Deck's venture fund + accelerator, as well as an Investor at Floodgate. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Shawn was selected for the Forbes 30 Under 30 list for the Venture Capital category, and is a co-founder of the Angel Network at Gold House. He is a graduate of The Wharton School, the Lauder Institute - University of Pennsylvania, and a Visiting Scholar at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Shawn is well-versed in international studies, finance, entrepreneurship and tech policy.
