The Acala community released the "Accelerated Referendum Proposal", proposing to shorten the normal referendum voting period from 5 days to 1 day

The Acala Community Governance Forum released the "Proposal to Accelerate the Referendum". The proposal stated that the community is expected to make many decisions related to proposals to correct the wrong aUSD coinage and network status. Reduced normal referendum voting period from 5 days to 1 day; shortened enactment period from 48 hours to 8 hours; reduced activation period from 5 days to 1 day; increased deposit bond from 200 ACA to 1000 ACA to reduce possible spam mail. This proposal change will ensure that the community can propose normal referendum proposals without applying for a fast track during the special period of Acala. Once the network is back up and running, it can be restored to its current settings.
