a16z's first list of Optimism representatives is out now, consisting of GFX Labs and 6 university student societies

a16z network operator Ross Shuel tweeted to announce the list of the first representatives of the Optimism Foundation to vote on behalf of a16z, consisting of 7 representatives, including GFX Labs, University of Southern California, Carnegie Mellon University, Purdue University, North Carolina State University, The blockchain association of Georgia Institute of Technology and Northeastern University. Each representative will receive 1 million OP delegates, which is expected to be completed by the end of March. Shuel said that a16z evaluates potential representatives based on 9 key criteria and signs a legal agreement with the selected representatives. Currently, a16z’s second batch of Optimism representatives is open for applications.
