According to The Block, Sending Labs, a Web3 communication project, completed a $12.5 million seed round of financing, led by Insignia Venture Partners, MindWorks Capital, and Signum Capital, with participation from K3 Ventures, LingFeng Innovation Fund, UpHonest Capital, and Aipollo Investment. The funding round began last August at an undisclosed valuation. This round of financing will be used to accelerate its integration with other Layer1 and Layer2, with plans to add Avalanche and Arbitrum as well as non-EVM chains such as Solana and Sui, and the remaining funds will also be used to develop industry-specific SDKs and launch a community ambassador program. Sending Labs is also launching beta versions of two of its flagship products, an encrypted chat platform SendingMe and SendingNetwork, a software development kit for encrypted app developers to build social features.
