According to Yonhap News Agency, South Korean game giant WeMade withdrew all lawsuits against the exchange of the Digital Asset Exchange Associated Advisory Agency (DAXA) for violating the delisting regulations of the virtual currency WEMIX. According to Yonhap, citing legal sources, WeMade filed a withdrawal notice against Upbit, Bithumb Korea, Coinone and Korbit to the Seoul Central District Court. In December last year, the Seoul Central District Court rejected WeMade’s subsidiary Wemix PTE’s application for a temporary injunction against “Upbit and other encrypted exchanges delisting WEMIX tokens”. However, WeMade dissatisfied with the court decision and subsequently filed an appeal, which has continued until recently. Foresight News previously reported that WeMade token WEMIX has been approved to relist on South Korean cryptocurrency exchange Coinone. Therefore, WeMade decided to drop all lawsuits against exchanges such as Coinone.
