Zero-knowledge-enabled blockchain network Horizen has announced that it will conduct a scheduled stress test on the Yuma Testnet for the week beginning March 6, during which potential network downtime may occur. The purpose of the testing is to check the robustness and error handling of the EON platform by increasing on-chain activity beyond the limits of normal situations. The Yuma block explorer may display a large number of transactions in blocks and may experience temporary outages due to unusually high traffic. This follows the launch of Horizen's public EVM-compatible sidechain and smart contract platform, HorizenEON, on the Yuma Testnet on February 25.
