According to the Wall Street Journal citing sources, the U.S. Department of Justice is investigating Terra founder Do Kwon and the collapse of UST last year, in which the FBI and the Southern District of New York questioned former Terraform Labs employees, covering a lawsuit with the SEC. Similar content, including the relationship between Korean payment application Chai and the underlying blockchain created by Terraform for UST. Foresight News previously reported that in February, the U.S. SEC filed a lawsuit with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, accusing Terraform Labs and Do Kwon of planning billions of dollars in crypto asset securities fraud; earlier this month, the Singapore police launched a lawsuit against Do Kwon and Terraform Labs investigation.
