Similar content, including the relationship between Korean payment application Chai and the underlying blockchain created by Terraform for UST. Foresight News previously reported that in February, the U.S. SEC filed a lawsuit with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, accusing Terraform Labs and Do Kwon of planning billions of dollars in crypto asset securities fraud; earlier this month, the Singapore police launched a lawsuit against Do Kwon and Terraform Labs investigation.
