Rune Christensen, co-founder of MakerDAO, released the governance proposal "Endgame: A Simple Overview of MakerDAO Governance Reform" in the community, aiming to make Maker governance more efficient, transparent and inclusive, and promote scalability and parallelism by establishing a flexible and reliable governance balance product innovation and growth strategy. Endgame contains 3 main functions: the Maker charter and scope framework are used as rules to clarify roles, responsibilities and decision-making routes, which will be implemented immediately after the Maker charter MIP is set; (CVC) designed governance strategy to encourage MKR holders to participate in governance, which will be implemented later in 2023; transfer operational complexity from MakerDAO to SubDAO, which reuses key governance processes and tools on the MakerDAO side to simplify its operation , Maker will gradually no longer maintain the original treasury, etc., which will be implemented in 2024.
