Three Arrows Capital founder Kyle Davies was ordered to respond to subpoenas related to the bankrupt hedge fund’s books and records within two weeks, according to a U.S. bankruptcy court ruling, CoinDesk reported. The court has determined that service of the subpoena via Twitter was "satisfactory and due process." Davies and Zhu Su were ordered to appear in court in the British Virgin Islands on May 22. The court said this week that they would be held in contempt of court if they did not respond to the request.
