Bloomberg Analyst: Spot Bitcoin ETF Approval Probability Increases to 65%

After Volatility Shares submitted an Ethereum futures ETF application on July 28, Bitwise, Roundhill, VanEck, Proshares, and Grayscale followed up on August 1, namely Bitwise Ethereum Strategy ETF, Roundhill Ether Strategy ETF, Ethereum Strategy ETF, and Proshares Short Ether Strategy ETF and Grayscale Ethereum Futures ETF (ETHG). The next deadline for the US SEC to make a decision on the Volatility Shares application is October 11, and the next deadline for the other five applications is October 16. According to news yesterday, Volatility Shares intends to launch an Ethereum futures ETF and submit application documents to the SEC on July 28. Previously, Grayscale, Bitwise Asset Management, Direxion, and Roundhill Investments also submitted applications for Ethereum futures ETFs in May, but withdrew their applications after communicating with the SEC.
