The main content of the proposal includes: DSR will be reduced according to the EDSR update. After the proposal is passed, DSR will be reduced from 8% to 5%; a series of stability fees such as ETH, wstETH, and rETH will be increased; the parameters of the intelligent combustion engine will be updated.
