Moshe Hogeg was charged with fraud, theft, money laundering, forgery and tax crimes following a two-year investigation, Israeli police said in a statement released Wednesday. Israeli police have submitted recommendations to prosecutors, who will decide whether to press charges and review evidence of sex crimes.
It is reported that Hogeg and several associates allegedly used millions of dollars raised from Israeli and foreign investors in 2017 and 2018 for personal use. (Bloomberg)
