Japanese telecommunications giant Fujitsu announced that it will launch a new blockchain-based cross-border cooperation platform "Fujitsu Web3 Acceleration Platform" on June 30. The project, which has previously partnered with the Asian Development Bank, ConsenSys, R3 and SORAMITSU, will begin a pilot in January 2022. The platform will integrate "ConnectionChain" to enable flexible and secure connections across multiple economies. The Fujitsu Web3 Acceleration Platform will also provide "Fujitsu Computing as a Service Data e-TRUST" (Data e-TRUST) technology to partners participating in the "Fujitsu CaaS Accelerator Program".
