At the same time, Shangcheng District will also provide policy support for Metaverse start-ups in terms of entrepreneurship support, office subsidies, R&D subsidies, growth incentives, talent introduction, financial support, benchmarking scenarios, and ecological construction. Specific policies include: a one-time start-up subsidy of 100,000 to 200,000 yuan will be given to newly settled Metaverse entrepreneurial projects; A maximum of 30% subsidy for R&D investment, a maximum of 3 million yuan for a single enterprise, and a maximum subsidy period of three years; for enterprises that are listed in the regulations for the first time, a one-time reward of 200,000 yuan will be given after certification.
