SBF, through its lawyers, is asking a federal judge to pre-approve visits to the parents' home from a sealed list that does not require normal court-mandated security procedures for visitors, The Block reported. Its lawyer, Christian Everdell, told the court that the list "includes close friends and colleagues of SBF's parents, as well as regular visiting domestic workers," and that the request seeks to keep the list out of public record. Everdell added that prosecutors in the case reviewed the list and had no objection to pre-approving those on the list, but they did not take a stand on his request to keep the proposed visitor list confidential. However, Inner City Press, a small court news outlet, disputed the request.
