U.S. SEC recognizes Franklin Templeton’s Bitcoin spot ETF application

Odaily Planet Daily News The US SEC officially recognized Franklin Templeton’s Bitcoin spot ETF application. It should be noted that this does not mean that the ETF has been approved. After acknowledging the ETF application, the SEC has 45 days to make a decision. They can approve, reject or extend the application. The SEC can extend the review period to 240 days, meaning a final decision could come as late as May 2024.
