Bitcoin miner Marathon Digital plans to issue stock to raise up to $750 million

Bitcoin mining company Marathon Digital submitted Form S-3 to the U.S. SEC, planning to raise up to $750 million through a hybrid equity offering. Marathon Digital said: "We may, from time to time, sell common stock, preferred stock, warrants or a combination of these securities in one or more offerings at prices and terms determined in each offering to obtain the maximum Total initial offering of $750 million."
