According to official SEC documents, Bitcoin Cash Trust (BCH Trust), a subsidiary of crypto asset management company Grayscale, plans to sell 50,000 shares on the OTCQX exchange. The securities sold are held by DCG International Investments Ltd., and the total market value of the sales is expected to be $930,050. The sale is scheduled to take place on October 26, local time.
To date, DCG has sold Grayscale BCH Trust multiple times in the past three months, with a total sales volume of 225,000 shares.
According to previous news on October 24, DCG released its Q3 financial report, with comprehensive revenue of US$188 million, mainly contributed by Grayscale.
