During the week of November 6th to 10th, Cardano's engineering and research arm, Input Output, provided an update on the blockchain's activities. This report follows Cardano's 2023 Summit, which took place in Dubai and served as a platform for community engagement. Throughout the week, 148 projects were launched on the network, and there were a total of 78 million transactions. One significant reason for the high transaction volume was the progress made by the Mithril team in decentralizing its peer-to-peer concept. This upgrade increased the speed and effectiveness of nodes on the Cardano blockchain. These updates and developments contributed to Cardano's position at the top in terms of development activity, surpassing Polkadot. Increases in development activity were accompanied by a rise in 24-hour active addresses, indicating increased transfers on the network. Furthermore, the Lace team announced collaboration with Input Output on new features for the Lace wallet, including enhancements to the multi-staking feature. Overall, around 150 community members registered to join Intersect, an organization focused on ensuring Cardano's continuity and growth.
