Encrypted market maker Wintermute founder and CEO @EvgenyGaevoy tweeted, "Wintermute lost $160 million in DeFi hacking, and CeFi and OTC businesses are currently unaffected. Our solvency is twice the remaining equity, if Users have a MM agreement with Wintermute, and users' funds are safe. Our service may be interrupted today and in the next few days, and will return to normal after that. Of the 90 assets that were hacked, only two had a nominal value of more than 1 million USD, so a massive sell-off is unlikely and we will communicate with affected teams as soon as possible.”
