BIT Mining agrees to sell its mining pool business

BIT Mining agreed to sell its mining pool business to Esport-Win for a total consideration of US$5 million. This sale does not include or affect any other business of BIT Mining. In 2022, the operating income of this business reached US$593.2 million, accounting for 91.2% of BIT Mining's total revenue, while costs and expenses were US$595.8 million.
