According to Foresight News, the Singapore High Court has approved a lawsuit filed by cryptocurrency investment fund DeFiance Capital against Three Arrows Capital (3AC). The two parties will debate whether the held funds are DeFiance Capital's trust funds or 3AC's proprietary funds. In a previous lawsuit filed in April last year, DeFiance Capital founder Cheong claimed that DeFiance Capital's investors were the ultimate beneficiaries of 3AC's custodial assets, and their property should not be used to pay claims made by creditors.
Foresight News previously reported that the $140 million dispute between DeFiance Capital and Three Arrows Capital's liquidators will be heard in Singapore.
