Bullish Exchange Appoints New CEO Amid Major Restructuring

According to Foresight News, Kevin Worth, the long-time CEO of CoinDesk, has left the company amid a major restructuring initiated by its new parent company, Bullish. The exchange has appointed Sara Stratoberdha as the new CEO, who previously oversaw business development at Bullish. A CoinDesk spokesperson stated that 'CoinDesk will remain an independent subsidiary of Bullish, with Sara committed to maintaining CoinDesk's news independence and integrity.' In November last year, cryptocurrency exchange Bullish acquired 100% of CoinDesk's shares in an all-cash transaction, affecting much of CoinDesk's leadership. Other departures include Chief Operating Officer Elinor Hirschhorn, Vice President of Engineering John DeGuenther, and Global Strategic Executive Director Emily Parker. Chief Content Officer Michael Casey is no longer in a full-time role but is in discussions with Bullish to continue at CoinDesk in another capacity.
