Chengdu plans to issue "Nine Rules of Hash Power", and will issue "Hash Power Coupons" with a total amount of no more than 10 million yuan each year

According to the Chengdu Daily, the official website of the Chengdu New Economic Development Committee shows that the current "Policies and Measures for Accelerating the Construction of the Computing Power Industry around Supercomputing and Intelligent Computing (Draft for Comment)" (referred to as "Nine Computing Power Rules") has been drafted. The "Nine Rules of Computing Power" is based on building strong infrastructure, improving platform services, and strengthening empowerment applications. Nine aspects such as "cost settlement mechanism to improve computing power utilization rate", "data investment, computing power investment and building a strong industrial chain" promote the development of the computing power industry. The "Nine Rules of Computing Power" proposes that computing power will be empowered to build a strong chain. Establish a computing power center operating cost coordination and settlement sharing mechanism with "computing coupons" as the core, and combine new technologies such as blockchain to achieve effective supervision of "computing coupons". The total amount of "computing coupons" not exceeding 10 million yuan is issued every year to support technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises, makers, scientific research institutions, and universities in using the computing power resources of the National Supercomputing Chengdu Center and Chengdu Smart Computing Center.
