Core Scientific Plans To Expand Its Bitcoin Mining Data Center In Texas

According to Foresight News, Core Scientific, a cryptocurrency mining company, has announced plans to expand its Bitcoin mining data center in Denton, Texas. The expansion, set to take place in the second quarter of this year, will increase the operational infrastructure capacity of the Denton data center by 72MW. This will bring the total infrastructure capacity of the company to 817 MW, up from the current 197 MW. The expansion is part of Core Scientific's ongoing efforts to increase its capacity and improve its services.
