Crypto wallet provider Exodus postpones listing on NYSE American due to SEC review

Crypto wallet provider Exodus Movement announced late Wednesday that it would not list on NYSE American, the sister market of the New York Stock Exchange, as planned on Thursday. NYSE American informed Exodus on Wednesday that the SEC staff was still reviewing Exodus' registration statement. Exodus said the statement was effective at the end of April. Exodus said in a press release on Wednesday that "once the SEC staff completes its review of the registration statement, the company may reconsider listing on a national securities exchange at a future date." Exodus CEO JP Richardson said: "We are surprised and confused by this last-minute decision (by the SEC). We still hope that the SEC will fulfill its promise to treat us in accordance with the law. Exodus has been completely transparent and responsive throughout the process, and we hope that this matter will be resolved quickly." (CoinDesk)
