Ripple: XRPL accelerator Scale Program will be launched in August and applications will be open soon

According to official news, since Ripple launched the XRPL Grants Program (providing 1 billion XRP funds) in 2021, the program has funded more than 140 projects from 28 different countries/regions, covering areas such as sustainability, financial solutions, digital identity platforms, games, etc., with individual funding of up to US$200,000. Based on community feedback, the program has implemented several improvements, including strengthening standards and review processes, and implementing open policies. In addition, the XRPL Accelerator Program will be launched in June 2023, dedicated to helping entrepreneurs build on XRPL and expand their projects into thriving businesses. The program focuses on financial use cases while welcoming a wide range of projects that use XRPL for various applications. As of this year, the accelerator has supported 20 projects and plans to support another 25 projects in 2024 through financing opportunities and access to community mentors and investors. In 2024, the XRPL Accelerator Program will offer two tracks: -The Launch Program is tailored for early-stage projects and focuses on technical integration, product development, and business foundations. The program provides the necessary resources, guidance, and support to help teams succeed in the XRPL community. The Launch Program runs year-round across multiple teams, works with many partners and investors, and will provide up to $100,000 in grant funding to winning teams. -The Scale Program is designed for startups that already have considerable attention and market validation. This late-stage program focuses primarily on supporting teams to expand their business scope and raise equity funding from external venture investors. Each team participating in this program will receive a $100,000 grant and have the opportunity to receive follow-on funding based on achieving growth milestones, with direct access to community investors. The next round of the Scale Program will launch in August 2024, and applications will open soon.
