Bounty hunters who successfully report witches will receive 10% of the witch's expected token allocation, while the witch will receive 0 allocation.
Yesterday, LayerZero Labs posted on the X platform that the witch self-reporting phase is now over. Each address that meets the requirements will receive 15% of its expected token allocation, and the remaining 85% will be returned to qualified users. In the end, 803,093 addresses were identified as potential witch addresses.
The team initially marked more than 2 million addresses as potential witches, but later adopted stricter standards to reduce false positives. The team will continue to refine and improve the methodology over the next two weeks of bounty hunting. The initial list will not be updated during this time and will not affect bounty hunters. The final list of witches will be announced after the bounty hunt ends on May 31st.
