Former OpenAI safety chief Jan Leike joins rival Anthropic

According to Cailianshe, Jan Leike, former head of security at OpenAI, announced on social media on May 28 that he would join OpenAI's competitor Anthropic. Earlier this month, Leike also left the company after Ilya Sutskever, another head of OpenAI's Superalignment team, resigned from the company. The team they once led was also disbanded.
