DOJ: Two Chinese intelligence agents tried to bribe law enforcement officials with $61,000 worth of Bitcoin

Two intelligence operatives working for the People's Republic of China allegedly tried to bribe a U.S. government official with $61,000 worth of bitcoin to gather information on the prosecution of an unnamed company, the U.S. Department of Justice said. Also, according to an affidavit, the company appears to be Huawei Technologies Co., a multinational technology company headquartered in Shenzhen, China.
