Aave community proposes to reduce wstETH reserve factor to 5%

The Snapshot governance page shows that the Aave community has initiated the ARFC proposal to "reduce the wstETH reserve factor", and voting will start on July 2 and end on July 5. According to the proposal, in order to further align with the upcoming Lido Alliance proposal, the proposal proposes to reduce the wstETH reserve factor to 5%.
