Bitwise Submits Revised S-1 for Ethereum Spot ETF, Plans to Waive Fees within a Limited Time

In a filing with the U.S. SEC on July 3, Bitwise amended its S-1 registration statement for its Ethereum spot ETF ahead of schedule, including waiving fees for the first $500 million of trust assets in the first six months. The document did not include a specific launch date for listing and trading on the New York Stock Exchange Arca, but said it would start "as soon as possible" after the registration effective date.
