According to the official announcement, Bithumb has modified its terms of use to comply with South Korea's Virtual Asset User Protection Act, mainly including:
1. Refining the concepts of virtual assets, profits, abnormal transactions, etc., and deleting the "content service" item;
2. Modifying the service type in light of actual conditions, adding laws and regulations as the basis for the right to use the service;
3. Adding the "Virtual Asset User Protection Act" and other laws as the basis for the modification of the terms;
4. Formulating new deposit-related regulations based on the implementation of the "Virtual Asset User Protection Act".
