FTX launches next phase of liquidation process, clients must choose Bahamas or US process by 4:00am on August 17

The liquidators of FTX Digital Markets Ltd. have recently initiated the next phase of the liquidation process. FTX.com customers will need to choose whether to participate in the official liquidation proceedings in the Bahamas (the "Bahamas Process") or the Chapter 11 case in the United States (the "U.S. Process"), and must make their choice by 4:00 a.m. on August 17. The liquidators of FTX Digital Markets will host a Q&A session to help customers understand the selection process. The Q&A session is open to all FTX.com customers, no pre-registration is required, and the first Q&A session will be held on July 31 at 19:00.
