Fox Business reporter Eleanor Terrett revealed on X that David Hirsch, former head of the US SEC's crypto assets and cyber department, has joined the law firm McGuireWoods LLP.
According to the company announcement, Hirsch's new role will include "a wide range of securities enforcement practices, including advising clients on matters related to cybersecurity and crypto assets."
Hirsch wrote on LinkedIn: "I am honored to join this nationally renowned law firm and work with clients on regulatory issues related to cybersecurity and crypto assets, as well as broader traditional regulatory challenges and investigations."
