A suspected Binance address has initiated a withdrawal application for 190,000 ETH on Arbitrum in the past week, of which 20,000 have been deposited in the Binance hot wallet

According to the monitoring of on-chain analyst @ai_9684xtpa, Binance seems to be quietly doing large-scale cross-chain bridge work for users. When facing the demand for L2 ＞ L1 cross-chain, in addition to the official cross-chain bridge and third-party cross-chain aggregator, it is also a common choice to complete the cross-chain directly through the exchange, which does not require a 7-day waiting period and the handling fee is relatively considerable. Perhaps in order to deal with the situation of "a large amount of Arb ETH recharged to Binance but the main network ETH is proposed", the suspected Binance address 0xE69...e3Abb has initiated a withdrawal application for 190,000 ETH (worth US$513 million) in Arbitrum in the past week; the earliest withdrawal of 20,000 ETH has passed the waiting period and recharged back to the Binance hot wallet. It is currently verifying this information with Binance.
