Jupiter co-founder Meow posted on the X platform that although complex technical tools or restrictive KPIs are the two DAO budget tools that people first think of and seek, he does not think that the key to success lies in this. Instead, he believes more in traditional risk limitation and human responsibility. Because risk limitation limits losses by gradually withdrawing and releasing funds in stages, priority will be given to community members who have strong proof of work in the community. Human responsibility ensures that the recipients of the budget clearly communicate their intentions before the funds are released, and publicly reflect after sufficient time and clear results. If the responsibility is not clear, the DAO has the right to stop future funding support.
