Liquidity staking protocol Drop will support staking ATOM, and 10% of the total token supply is planned to be distributed to Droplets program participants

According to official news, the Lido Alliance announced the launch of Drop, a liquidity pledge protocol designed specifically for Interchain assets, which aims to enhance the economic viability of sovereign blockchains by activating frozen assets. Currently, Drop supports the liquidity pledge of ATOM. After users pledge ATOM, they will receive dATOM tokens representing their pledged positions. It is reported that Drop will allocate 10% of the liquidity pledge asset rewards to a dedicated pool, and the DROP DAO will decide how to use it in the future. To encourage user participation, Drop launched the Droplets plan, which will distribute 100 million DROP tokens (10% of the total supply) to participants.
