OpenAI is reportedly discussing raising funds at a $150 billion valuation, according to people familiar with the matter. The Wall Street Journal reported a valuation of $100 billion in late August. The company hopes to raise about $6.5 billion from investors and is discussing $5 billion in bank debt financing.
