In an interview with The Block at the Lisbon Web Summit, Nik Storonsky, CEO of digital bank Revolut, said that Revolut’s new instant messaging feature was launched yesterday in the UK and the European Economic Area, integrating NFT profile pictures. Additionally, Revolut’s native token will function in a manner similar to an airline’s Air Miles program, where users are rewarded based on how often they use the service, Storonsky added, adding that users will receive cash back from Revolut and receive a higher interest rate. Revolut is also developing a non-custodial DeFi wallet that will run as a standalone application.
