According to Odaily, NFT artist DeeKay has provided an update on the recent theft of his wallet, revealing that the identity of the thief has been confirmed and the stolen funds can be recovered. DeeKay did not disclose the name of the individual responsible but mentioned that it was someone very close to him. The thief had access to a piece of paper where DeeKay had written down his seed phrase, indicating that the theft did not involve Google Drive, malware, or similar hacking methods. Previously, DeeKay had announced last week that all his wallets had been stolen, resulting in the loss of all his savings earned as a Web3 artist.
