OSL Group acquires Japanese compliant cryptocurrency exchange CoinBest

OSL Group Limited (863.HK), a Hong Kong listed company (together with its subsidiaries, “OSL Group”), announced that its wholly owned subsidiary has signed a share purchase agreement to acquire an 81.38% stake in CoinBest K.K. (“CoinBest”), a crypto asset trading service provider licensed by the Financial Services Agency (FSA) of Japan. The acquisition will be made through OSL Investment (Japan) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of OSL Group Limited, and is expected to be completed by the end of next year, subject to the satisfaction (or waiver) of the conditions precedent in the share purchase agreement.
