LayerZero: Has repurchased 100% of equity, token rights, and other agreements from FTX, FTX Ventures, and Alameda

The interoperability agreement LayerZero stated that it has repurchased 100% of the equity, currency rights and any other agreements between the two parties from FTX, FTX Ventures, Alameda Research. At present, the total value of assets held by the foundation is 134 million US dollars, including 107 million US dollars in cash and 27 million US dollars in chain assets (90% are stable coins). In March 2022, LayerZero Labs announced the completion of a US$135 million A+ round of financing at a valuation of US$1 billion. This round of financing was co-led by FTX Ventures, Sequoia Capital and a16z. In May, according to The Block citing sources, LayerZero Labs plans to refinance at a valuation of US$3 billion, and FTX Ventures has promised to lead the investment.
